MIDNEL is operating from 1987. In the middle of 1997 we left the production of electronic devices and we aimed at providing internet services: renting and maintaining the server for the most demanding clients, and then for the accommodation of web pages.
MIDNEL has been continuously demonstrating the ability to track and implement Internet technologies for a number of years, with particular emphasis on meeting the wishes and needs of partners in the program of further sales.
Looking at the reference list of users where neither our partners nor their clients have been listed, we are proud of our achievements and our partners own contribution on the Croatian internet scene.
Our mission is not to change the world and make it better, although we want it so hard, because small business like MIDNEL are unable to make it. Therefore, we just want to survive in the world of Internet services, where competition is numerous and ruthless. We want to survive in a dynamic environment, where knowledge, organization, order, work and discipline dominate, versus all those who talk a lot and work a bit, claiming they can and do not get it done. Our desires are limited to day-to-day work and service improvement so that our customers and partners stay with us for many years and gradually bring new customers to us.
In the first place, quality and continuity in service delivery because MIDNEL does not want to lose any of its customers due to low cost of service, poor quality server, poor protection or poor system maintenance.
